trying to mount my gps puck for my lowrance unit on my boat. what's the best way to install these? don't have the instruction book. how many holes do you have to drill? thanks

I didn't drill any holes at all. I put down a glob of clear silicone and put the puck in it squished it down and let it set up. It has been there for nearly a year and hasn't budged.

1. 5/8" hole.

5/8" hole for the pigtail to go through and then smaller holes for the screws.

Lowrance has the installation instructions for all of their products on their website.
