Has anyone been to Cally this week? I am thinking of going this evening....
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way you are a mile away, AND you have their shoes.

Went early this morning...caught 38 by 11am. Had enough fish and it was starting to warm up so we called it a day.

ufee, I'm glad you had luck. We went out last night at about 9pm and fished until 2am with only 6 fish to show for it. I knew we should have stayed longer. What were you fishing with?

Big Marv's cheese bait. Fishing shallow under corks...was great fun!

Was there Sunday from 6am to 11:30am. Was able to put 9 good channels in the boat. I decided to fish a part of the lake I've never been to before so when I pulled out from the dock I hung a right and went towards the power lines. I'll have to explore that part of the lake some more. And as a bonus to the day, while I was cleaning my fish the guys at the next asked me if I wanted their cats. They said they had more than enough fish, (Reds) to eat so I said sure. They gave me 6 Blues that ranged in weight from 3 to 7 pounds. That was some serious fillets. Talk about being in the right place at the right time.
See ya on the waters, Mike I'm a misplaced Alabama boy surrounded by a state full of Longhorns and Aggies. Lord help me keep my sanity. ROLL TIDE ROLL!!! 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2015 National Champions. A Crystal Dynasty.
