Well Anthony (fishinaholic) was supposed to be Sherry's partner for the tournament that was cancelled. they were going to fish from my docks just not be eligible for the money. When the new tourney was formed it was clear they wernt interested in anyone fishing near docks wasnt wanted. So my boating partner and i decided we would just all fish from the slips. We fished, had fun and saw all the people come by not catching fish. Well we caught a ton of them including Sherry got a 1.11 on a pink jig. Anthony caught a ton of fish on jigs. He can jig fish as good as anyone. He got there at 7 and fished until 10 that night. He should change his name to fishnamaniac! It was a good time! Hope he's able to make it back for the fourth of July! The cold fronth that blew in Saturday morning absolutly affected the fishing a little. It sure did feel good having a cool wind anyhow. It was strange it was right out of the east till noon or so.

Brian:

What a great thing you did for Anthony, by getting him on the slips with you. Also, to pass along all the chenille you did for him to make jigs is admirable.

Don't forget this fall. I put some in a basket for you Saturday, where they will be cornered up for you.

Ron

Good to meet you and Sherry. Glad you got young Anthony on some of those big slip fish. Look forward to getting up there and fishing with you 2. I'm positive it will be a more pleasant experience than our last trip to Texoma.

Keep on fishing.

Yeah he's a super god kid, or guy I guess. He turns 16 next month. I asked him if he were going to go for a drive on his bday and he told me he was more interested in going fishing. He also plans to be a fishing guide later in life. Pretty neat stuff. If anyone get's a chance to take him fishing you should do it. You can tell he TRULY appreciates.

Good job Brian. He'll remember that trip.

We didn't care if anyone fished around docks, they just had to be in a boat. Fishing from a houseboat that is tied up is not the same as fishing from a boat on the outside of a dock. I don't think any dock owner would have wanted one of us tournament guys pulling in their slip and just tie up and fish.

That b/p I told you about paid off. We caught around 70 keepers from it and 4 of our bag came from it. I could see your boat from where we were fishing
cheers

Take care,

I almost met Anthony at LL Barge. Seems like a very spirited and fine young man. We'll fish soon, Anthony! Maybe I'll have ya up at the EM Casino soon.

So Brian, I'm still awaiting my pay for my "personal weather forecasts" for you and the Mrs. food hmmm violin

I understand why someone wouldnt want him to fish like that. The part that was sad is he first heard about the tournament from me the first week it was advertised 8 months ago. He specifically called Terrence and told him what he wanted to do. After getting permission he paid just like anyone else. Then he was told different. Oh well.

Yeah so Jerry I could see you guys out there quite a bit. The bp off the rocky point right? Dont forget you told me I get that cord after the tournament!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
