Ya, Ronnie, I did talk to him yesterday. I subscribed to his thread in the Trading section. Thought It looked like a cool place to take the kiddo's. But of course he's booked also.

Look at the post by Bill Ellison in the Trading Post section. He's got a really nice 5th wheel that he rents out. It may be available??

Call around the palces and ask if there has been any cancelations. I did and got a place on the lake with private boat ramp. Also, there were some rooms in Quitman at the motels.

Try Jan and Wes. We've stayed there 3 times for family vacations. They have their own ramp and pier with one covered boat slip. I have no affiliation. Just vacation, reasonably priced and great folks. It's a long shot; good luck!
