Going to take my wife fishing this weekend and we are going to Ray Roberts. She is dying to go so I just was wanting some pointers on where to go or what to fish for. She doesn't care what we fish for either. Any tips?

I haven't been in a while, but alot of the talk is on the east side of the lake, mouth of the coves, humps that are 23 - 34 ft down. Could be wrong on the depth but probably close.

Just go back a couple pages and look for Roberts or Ray Bob reports and you'll find all you need.

Anywhere from Cates Point to Wolfe Isalnd for Sand Bass. Shouldn't have any trouble finding other boats on Sandies.

Bass have been on the points this year.Good mix of 3 and 4#rs. Topwater has been good on the shallow points early and late.
