Went out with Fishenboy and his father (THANK YOU)last night (5:30) in the ole pirate ship. A couple of great guys. Fish were hard to come by in all that wind so decided they held me for ransom until my family could come with some sandies (What time does Central Market close). . We boated mayby 6 to 8 dinks. As far as the wind, it was Rough, but the pirate ship can take it. I like my boat, but now I know why you guys go for the center console.

Did I see ya'll last night? I was by myself in a Kenner anchored up close to the cattails on those small schoolies on the north side of the island.

Craig I saw you out there I was cat fishing by the bird roost until some one got a little close and scared them off..LoL I was just telling my clients that we need to be quiet and not get to close so we dont scare them off......LOL ....we went back to where we were catching alot of dinks and finished the evening off with 20 keepers...did you do any cat fishing there?

well pirates didn't catch hardly anything today...maybe 6 or 7 dinks and 1 keeper...how much to go fishing again Brother Terry?

Well I guess I should have tracked you down. We didn't get out till about 8:30ish and started our sea trials. We went straight from the anglers club to the North side of the island at slow speed and attempted to troll around for awhile in the area. I wanted to check out my new depth finder I mounted on my TM. Well at least I got to check it out because my TM couldn't gain any ground on the wind so I just dropped anchor and we fished about an hour. We did see the Pirates who stopped by for a minute and went on their way. I ran into Mando at the boat launch with wife & daughter. Beautiful family. He said he was hedded out to meet up with you and invited us to follow but I turned down his kind offer and we loaded up and hedded home. Sorry I missed you. Mama caught on little blue on an slab and that was it. I was just glad to try out my depth finder. Nice work on your catch.

I should have listened to you, it was rough, I was unable to get to Lance and Greg and deliver their happy meals so they could eat.

Well they didn't need to eat anyway. I'm sure they ate yesterday anyway. As long as ya'll made it back O.K. I was a little worried though. It was ugly.

Ya'll some brave fools. Took Kasey perch fishing off of a dock today and about got sea sick there. After, seeing what it was like yesterday, I decided this was one of them 10% times when my boat is not the best for the situation.
