New Revo Winch! Check out this link. thumb

It's my next reel. Hopefully in time for some dd22 action this summer. I also heard on an earlier post that there will be a 5.1:1 revo stx coming out soon?? Might be worth checking into. Both reels are the same price. I think the winch will have more drag pressure and a bigger spool capacity??. Not sure of any other differences.

Find an old red 5000 or black 5000C (bearings instead of brass bushings). 3.8:1 is serious medicine for big cranks.

quantum has their energys on sale for 99 right now and they are great for deep cranking. the 5:1:1 is perfect for this application.

The Zillion low ratio has been out for around a year in Japan its called THE CRAZY CRANKER its smooth and has alot of power, the calcutta 100 series is a very nice deep crank reel very smooth powerful, both theese reels are on the heavy side.Ive been using a TD-Z 103p for a year now and love the hell out of this for big cranks.I also modified a Fuego with a Zillion HLC spool and gears from a TD-Z 103p and other stuff and it makes a nice deep crank reel also and it will outcast anything I have put it up against.
