OP Quicksilver Extreme Angler Q Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 1,501 East Texas	Lamar Evans caught a 72 lb. Flathead while fishing the Cabela's KingKat tourney on 5-17-08. This surpassed the previous lake record of 62 lbs. Cabela's KingKat officials have completed the calibration/certification process (scales) to the satisfaction of TPW. Jody Evans of TPW has all the documentation.. Lamar should be receiving official notification that he is the new record holder any day now... Congrats Lamar!
