below is a email i got from my buddy. you can bet your last dollar hes kicking himself in the butt now! this fish was caught about 2 miles from my house/pier. hes in the cca/star now. this was the first real fishing trip for him in his home built rowboat.
Till was cleaning the fish and found a red fish tag on the red fish I
caught! I called it in and if we had been registered we would have won a truck
trailer and boat a value of $60,000.00! Can you beleive that? That fish
was 21 inches, the biggest fish I ever caught! When we get back were signin up
for the competition! They are supposed to be contacting 3 newspapers to
interview us,,,, THE BIGGEST LOSERS! ha ha! Tills Red fish was 29
inches. Anyway thought you might want to know. Ya'll have a great
WEEKEND!

wow... I would've threw it on a stringer and sign up ASAP, redeem my prize. I'd be the happiest fish in the sea.
Better luck next time, bet he's fishing for that same red, same spot 24/7. I know I would.

~~ I bet that insurance company is relieved they wont have to pay that prize  they polygraph, dont they Iridered?

I know a guy that won that setup about 7 or 8 years ago!!! fishing from the bank... One of the lie detector questions was "have you ever kept an undersized fish" his answer was YES I HAVE!
