boughth a minn kotta 101 36 volt // anyone know correct size circut breaker ??? manual seez 46 amps ???? is 60 amp too small and 80 amp to big any experts out there ///where to get a deal on bigger circut breaker //thank for the help

blind squirrel im looking at finding a 36 volt. where should i look to find one and how much is a good deal?

I have always heard 50 amps was the correct size. Not where I can read my manual but if it states 46 then a 50 would be fine. 60 and 80 would both be to big.

i found mine here on fishing forum i figure that a 36 will cost 600 to 800 dollars then wiring //if not up to snuff 100 to upgrade 100 on the circut breaker by the time i finish 1000 dollars third battery optima 170 dollars///[SO FAR NEVER BEEN BURNT BT A TEXAS FISHING FORUM PERSON met many great guys with good deals

agree with Judd, if they specify 46, then a 50 would be ok - 40 would probably work fine only just a little quicker to trip if you get hydrilla or line wrapped around the prop.

ok blind squirrell i just bought a new 36 volt minn kotta ....what now besides buy a new battery. i know i need to get another jumper cable but whats this about replacing breakers etc.

where to get 50 amp circuit breaker any help out there //electric supply house close to hurst texas
