I want to take my buddies jet ski out today but I don't have any oil for it. It has the rotax motor and I was wondering if there are any options for other oil I could buy at the auto parts store since the seadoo dealership is closed today and I can go buy that expesive sea doo oil. thanks for any help and if you really don't know please don't say b/c I don't want to take the chance in messing up the motor.

Be really careful, Depending on which motor it has they call for a specific brand etc. Seadoo will void the warranty if the wrong brand or type is used. Some type of die they put in there I believe.

Sorry, but you are SOL. The Rotax really needs to be run on SD oil. Ask your buddy to "loan" you some, and replace it for him some time this week.

have you checked to see if west marine is open? Are you even sure the oil tank is not full and you may not need any?
