Texas Fish and Game Magazine, June Issue, Page 12. Article said any off road vehicle used in the state of Texas, including boats, lawn mowers, ATV and such are eligible for a 20 Cent refund per gallon. Form 06-106 of the Texas Claim for Refund of Gasoline or Diesel Fuel Taxes accessed online. details at ( http://www.window.state.tx.us/); Form available at www.window.state.tx/taxinfo/taxforms/98-661pdf.800-252-5555 Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. I've done it 2 times. At least I get some money back which I can use for more fishing trips!!!
