Watch this. At the end they say the fish is 333 pounds. I may not have caught many yellow fin (Okay none) but I still don't think the fish is that big. Its nice and I would have loved some steaks from it, but not 333 pounds.

I agree with you--looks like a big fish, but nowhere near that big. Notice that they NEVER give you a good perspective shot of the fish.

are you guys serious...atleast Rookie 07...Congrats on your 100 pounder, but you can tell in the video that fish is quite a bit bigger than the guy, and I doubt the guy weighed 100 pounds

Not bragging, but I've caught my share of YFT's, and that
fish is not, IS NOT, 335#!
If I were to guess from the last shot, that fish was
somewhere between 140-160#.
it is a pretty fat version, though. length is not a real good
factor in eyeball-judging bigger tunas, my biggest to date was
92.5# and was 58" long, nearly as long as that fish.
tight lines

Somewhere about 200# - no way is it 300, but it is a sizeable fish.

the camera lens that they are using is a wide camera angle and will actually make everything look wider and bigger
