In The Bucket List, two terminally ill men go on a road trip with a wish list of things to do before they die (or "kick the bucket").

What sort of fishing activities are on your bucket list? Personally, I want to go ice fishing, to catch a marlin of some sort, and to catch large fish of several species (including largemouth bass, blue and flathead catfish, carp, buffalo, and alligator gar).

I think a Peacock Bass would be awesome before I kick the bucket. Just cant see spending that much money to go down there and catch one!

Oh well, lets hope I win the Lottery!

A peacock(there's a rumor that some were released on Joe Pool Lake) and a Salmon in an Alaskan stream.

That's why they call it fishing and not catching!

I think that if I had a chance to go I would like to go out to the Baja Pen. and do some serious off shore fishing. 4-5 days at sea in a big ol yacht with some hot chicks in bikinis taking my fish off the hooks for me! If I could not do that I would like to wrestle with a great white off of the coast of South Africa.

Yup!

Not sure if this really applies but I have a personal challenge. I have to catch a double digit LMB in the states before I can let myself to go to Mexico to fish for LMB.

Actually land a Tarpon on the fly instead of having them mock my feeble efforts.

Go fishing in Alaska.

Catch a billfish on the fly. Tried once in Mx., but only managed to raise two in 8 hours time and they just weren't interested in playing.)

Catch a tuna over 25 lbs on the fly.

Reclaim my state fly record for Great Barracuda.

One quiet day on the water on a good scenic lake...light wind, no boat wakes, no lake lice, fish biting and my Son and Grandsons in the boat to share it with me.
