Anyone ever tried Blair's Mango Habanero sauce? It's awesome on eggs. It's got a great mix of heat and flavor. By far my favorite!

I had never heard of the rooster sauce before in Texas till i moved to Hawaii a few years ago. Went to a vietnamese place here for pho (soup), and you put that sauce in there, i thought thats the best sauce ever. Now i put that on everything!

Once played baseball for a team from matehaula mexico in the NABA in Dallas, our coach had a homemade recipe from there and it was awesome. It's been years since then though. Does this count as an out of the way place??????

Cajun power! Because spice should enhance the food, not mask it with hot.

That's why they call it fishing and not catching!

el yucateco green habanero sauce, tastes good and it's hot. Chipotle tabasco is also good.

Here is a recipe for a home-made tabasco type hot sauce. Been meaning to experiment with it but haven't got around to it yet.

El yucateco and El Tapatio are my favorites. I stock up when I go to Texas. Makes me look like a terrorist when they X-ray my bag and see all the bottles.
