Had a great morning with my wife and kids at EM. Both kids spent 2 hours haulin' em in. I never picked up a rod myself. It was one of those perfect mornings.

Good job Sunday. Nothing like seeing the excitement in there faces. It was a good thing my 4yr old caught some sat. cause we had no luck Sun. afternoon. For some reason when it is windy like it was, I have a heck of a time catching anything.

EM is tough in the wind. Saturday and Sunday mornings were perfect. My son and I fished saturday morning starting at about 3am under the lights of some docks and had 50 keepers all magnums by daylight. Once it got daylight we played with the schoolies until about 8am. I didn't keep count but I know that my 6yr old caught at least 100 by himself.

That must have worn him out.

The schoolies are fun. I might have to get up early here in the next couple of weeks, if they are still active. Generally, I like afternoon and evening fishing. Hate getting up early. coffee

This weekend it is up north for a High School graduation with the outlaws.

he was asleep before we got to fm730 on the return trip. It seems like the wind is going to be better in the am for a while.
