This is a question that is probably the most often asked about fishing, second only to "what is the best bait". What is the best color lure? I go fishing in the flats for trout and redfish with soft plastics. I got a couple bottles of chartreuse and flourescent red colors.

I have a tank of fish in my basement... if it were up to me, I would let them loose in my pool so I could fish in my backyard!

i think it is more confidance in the color then anything, but my favorite is the zipper salty minnow in bubblegum/ice. but as far as the best color it is hard to say because so many things play into what color to throw, if it was really muddy i would go with a dark color like morning glory, there are just so many factors that come into play, so for anyone to say something is the best color may be a little to much for me to beleive
