Just wondering if any of you guys have fished this lake. We are having a fish day there in June and need some pointers on where to bank fish and what to use. Thanks

Sorry I almost never fish Belton from the bank in June because the shad have already spawned and moved off the bank taking the whites and hybrids with them. If the shad are still there when you are the fishing could be very good. It is an early in the morning thing.

I fish Belton quite a bit and I have been having luck on the Hybrids and Large Mouth lately! Anywhere you can find rocks or stumps there hitting really godd just not on Minnows which is wierd! Live Worms, Rubber Worms (Carolina Rigs), Blue Pearls, and Storm minnows have been the key for me!
