Saturday, May 17th. 9:00am-Noon at Cedar Hill State Park.
Allright, we've been baiting up for over a week and will continue up until the event. The swim will be primed and ready for some Junior Carping Fun! Yesterday I went to bait up and caught a Carp while trolling a Rattlin' Rap- There should be planty of action.
I'll have my rigs set up for the kids to catch on and will have some TPWD First Fish Award applications on hand should the occassion arise.

Are there restrooms and water fountains nearby (I've got girls, so that first thing is especially important)?

Once inside the park, where do you go? You go Left at the Stop Sign when you enter the park, then you go straight through the next Stop Sign, then you take a Right when the road dead ends at another stop sign, and then a Left into the parking area. Go down the hill to the bank and there you are! Chad

Ok, so that dead end you speak of is actually a T right? To the left is parking for mountain biking trials, correct?

I hope Chad and I get some help from you guys as far as baiting hooks, unhooking fish and untangling lines. This is a great opportunity for good exposure for the LSCB to show we care about helping kids and promoting carp fishing
