Hadn't had a boat for years, beat cancer and said to **** with it I am going to get a boat, bought 1 didnt like it gave it to youngest daughter and son in law and bought the blue wave I always wear a pfd and never go bymy self. ( I am scared of my wife and what she said she would do if I broke any of those 2 rules. and I am 69.)

Bob, I fell off my dock's walkway last week. At least you had a decent excuse with a 12' jon boat. Me - I am still wondering who pulled the dock out from under me! js

I have recently made a conscious effort to wear my vest in open water and only take it off in the shallow creeks. You know what, it only takes a few seconds to put on. Amazing
