Decided to do a little bank fishing last friday (which is uncommon for me cause I'm usually in my boat). I was testing out my new 12' crappie rod and reel at Granger. I caught this little bass and as I brought it in it came unhooked. My 2 year old daughter Said "Daddy, I get it!" This was the first fish she ever touched and picked it with no fear and handed it to me to throw back. Like her shirt said, she is Daddy's Lucky Charm! Gonna keep her fishing with me as long as I can! As I gently put the Bass back into the water, she said "Bye Bye fishy".

great photo

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach
