I haven't sunk these yet, but I have a question for those who are experienced sinking attractors. Shuold I sink these 5 together in the arrangement shown in the photos?

Looks good to me. 5 together works well.
Just a suggestion, on the next bunch, drill a hole thru the side of each bucket and stick a stick or short piece of pvc into the side of the bucket leaving about 6" sticking out. That way if the current tips them over they won't roll very far.
