Looks like I am going to need apowerhead for a225 merc. Anybody got one or know who can rebuild one?

If you are in the southeast Texas area try Jay Smith Racing. In the hill country try doing a search on the boards for Mike Halfman in San Marcos. Up here in the metroplex area my mechanic is Mark Gunter of Gunter Marine in west Fort Worth. Opti at North Texas Marine in north Fort Worth. Tommy Yetts at Rockwall Marine in NE Dallas county. All have good credentials on this forum.

I had my pro-max built/re-built by Jay Smith Racing. cost me 3200.00 with some slight HP mods!
