Falcon Cara CC5-1610S or CC5-167 with a Daiwa TD153HSTA. And you'll have enough cash left over for line and Senko's.

The 5-1610S is the new split grip and is a bit heavier/faster action than the 5-167 which was designed as a weightless worm rod.

Hey TxBuddha,
What do you like to use for throwing small Senkos under docks I was thinking Shimano Symetre but I'm not sure what rod.. I like to use 20lb braid on my spinning reels.

I got a Kistler Senko Special and never looked back.
Light, sensitive, perfect action for weightless senkos up to the six inch size and enough backbone to really be able to put the pressure on the fish when you gotta move 'em.

I use a Falcon Lowrider LFC-5-167 Weightless Worm with a Shimano Citica 200D reel. I have been very happy with this setup. Rod goes for around $100 and the reel $120.

I'm pretty much a baitcast guy so I don't have much for ya' on this. I use 15# fluoro or co-poly on pretty much everything that doesn't have braid on it.

Hendrix IM8 or IM6 783 MH
It is not on the web page. I had Mike order and make it for me in an IM8 especially for this purpose.

Go with the falcon and throw an extra $30 into your pot and get a chronarch 50mg over the diawa.

I don't have one, I've played with 'em but I'm not sure they're worth the extra $90 over the 153HSTA. Go take a look at 'em both and decide for yourself.

I'm with TxBuddha on the Zillion. I went to Cabela's with my gift card intent on buying the Zillion and the guy had me try out the new Daiwa they just got in, the 153 HSTA, and I bought it instead. I actaully thought it was the same price as the Zillion until they scanned it when I was checking out. I wouldn't buy the Zillion for the same price and it wasn't even close for about $100 less.

BTW - I've had it for a year and still really like it. I have it on a 7'5" Loomis Senko rod smile.
