Well I found the horn with the snipped purple line (previous owner handy-work). I reconnected the purple line and now I get the beep beep beep when I turn the key. Problem is that when I crank it up the horn goes crazy beeeeeeepbeepbeepbeepbeeeeeeeeep.
The horn is continuous but has a variation in the tone. I know the oil is pulling and injecting fine and the fuel is fine. Could a blown fuse cause this? I know my oil float is not telling me when I have low oil so maybe that's the cause? If a sensor is not working will it cause the horn to go bananas?

The other thing I found was that the battery guage in the dash was disconnected and when I reconnected it the backlight turned on but the guage didn't show any charge.

Any problem shooting ideas would help.

i still think the best way is fried.

If you turn key on to the run position and the warning sounds and it's a beep beep not a solid warning its going to be the oil injection module what has happen it is really stuck in it's self test mode and only way to fix the problem is replace the module.....OPTI

could be a low oil horn from a bad float.Unplug the sensor, blue wire and see if it goes away.

You better get ahold of North Texas Marine and have them check it out because the horn sound you are describing sounds strange to me. You have electrical issues that need to be checked because the sound of the warning horn intermitent beep comes from a ignition feed to the module. Hope its just the module.
