trying out the new double action hooks from Team Catfish....sizes from 5/0 to 8/0 have not lost a fish on them yet.....Good Hooks....

A M E N Bro Terry, I couldn't have said it better myself!!! We offer The DOUBLE ACTION catfish hooks in 3/0, 5/0 and 8/0 with a DEAD RED or Black Nickel finish.

Not just good lookin, GOOD WORKIN HOOKS i can attest to that 1st hand, used them saturday in the cooper tourny im sold and commeted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! finaly found my hook that im gonna stick with THANKS TEAM CATFISH! 8/o dead red

I use eagle claw lazer sharp 7/0 circle hooks on all my rods and my noodles!

I was fishing with the Eagle Claw Kahles and circle hooks....I was having problems remebering which pole had what hooks...the double action hooks work both ways ...I can let them run with it and the hook sets it self or I can fish it tight line and set the hook ...

I agree with Brother Terry, I have found that circle hooks have fewer misses and get snagged less. I use the 2/0 and 3/0 and they are plenty big enough for a large cat. Once you get used to not setting the hook hard the catch rate is around 95%.

+1 for the eagle claw circle stainless I use a 6/0 and buy the store out when they get them i bought 15 packages of six last time
I dont R&R much but i use them on there and on my lines.

when i am fishing with perch or shad i prefer some eagle claw strait shank worm hooks. they seem sharp and strong. i like the way that they penatrate all the way through a big cats mouth.

I like circle hooks as well, 3/0-8/0, Like allen said once you get used to not setting the hook my hook-up rate went way up. I leave my reels disengauged w/clicker on, when it starts running I just start reeling and pulling up on the rod.

I did find that it is not a good idea, for me anyways, to test circle hooks along side some other hooks. When that clicker is screaming it's hard to remember which pole has the circles and which don't.

Do the Double Action hooks come in Stainless? Seems like they're quite a bit higher than the old reliable Eagle Claw 090SS that I've been using for years.
