One of my coworkers caught this while we were fishing and I am curious what it is. At first we thought it was some sort of carp or buffalo but then I thought it was a freshwater drum, and someone mentioned it may be some kind of striped or white bass?

Yep! Gasper Gou, They taste great in a red gravy and have a wierd little floating rock thing in their head.

That's why they call it fishing and not catching!

They call them lucky stones in their head !! Dig em out and boil them to clean and let dry in the sun.

Gaspergoo...........Good for nothing. I refuse to eat them so I usually just toss them back. Fun to catch though. Nice.
