Looks like the pond/lake at the intersection of Beltline and Luna...I've had some luck there too but that was a few years ago before they had finished the "W" tollway...just under it is a nice body of water (next to a gun range) and it holds some sleepers in there. There is also a pond on the other side of Luna next to sort of a "business district" that holds a few but they are some picky s.o.b.'s.
Tough times don't last....tough people do !!!
