I am taking a friend fishing Monday (his first time)and based on reports I've seen lately, Ray Roberts looks like a good place right now. Can someone give me a report of recent activity for Sand Bass on Ray Roberts?

Cates point is always a good place to start. I've had pretty good success there lately. White slabs and white humdingers depending on the depth. Some days 18-22ft- some days 6-10ft. I'd be there right now if the wind wasn't blowing 25mph.
