Sorry nobody has responded but I will try. I don't know what kind of cables or steering you have. You might want to call Skeeter and ask them. The cables are not usually that hard to change out. Pull one then number two. I would either attach a heavy string or small rope to one of the cables as I pulled them through so I could then use the rope to pull the new ones back.
That or use a metal fish tape from a hardware store.

Whatever you're comfortable with on the cables or hydraulic. Hydraulic is much easier to use but the initial cost is much higher.

Good luck. The hydraulic steering is pretty easy to install. If you are comfortable with simple mechanics its probably going to be a 2 or 3 hour install.
