Limits (25/day) both Sat. and Sunday from brushpiles in the 15 to 25 foot depths. Most coming from piles in only 15 feet with tops about 6 to 8 feet down. Biggest fish at 16 inches and none much under 12 inches. It's finally April. The second best month of the year for catching Crappie. No I didn't fish the bridge and no I didnt fish the grasbeds or the buckbrush. I would much rather find them focused on a brushpile than scattered out on the bridge or shoreline. Oh, Saturday I caught 20 from one brushpile. Also I had more than 50 throwbacks.

Yellow or white tube jigs filled with yellow or white Crappie Nibbles. Dropped, not thrown.
