I heard a 75 pound Blue was caught by a kid about 10 years old. If so, that is great!

14lbs and some change. 4-6lbs would've gotten you hourly money all day long. 13lbs led it till the last hour.

13.something won overall. I think the team was from Ark. Second place was 12.05 from groesbeck Tx. ( Nick Goodman). They put on a really good show. 3rd I think went to Billy Mullinex, 4th cant remerber, 5th Cody Mullinex. Dont hold me to it but I thjink thats how it went but I was thier for the entire tourn.

I am not a good catfisherman but I THOUGHT I at least had an idea where I could catch a few on Palestine...caught a bunch of shad the morning of the tournament and in the end the biggest cat I caught all day was 1 1/2lbs. Fished the sunken 155 bridge most of the day (where I have "accidentally" caught big cats before) and caught a bunch of big hybrids to 8lbs on cut bait. Fished shallow timber too and didn't have luck. Would be nice to know how and what people did to catch fish.
