I started on the water about 3:30 and went straight to a spot i knew was holding some bass. I started with a white spinnerbait and with no luck i switched to an orange craw rattle trap. well the bass didn't eat it, but the hybrids tore it up. i had at least 10 legal hybrids on that lure. all fish were in 2-6ft of water. i found the hybrids in this same spot 2wks. ago. i talked to some other guys and they said all they hybrids they had found were shallow. then i moved to dead man's and found the sandies right up by the bank. caught em humdingers in shallow muddy water.

It's not a dumb question. Let's see .. start at the dam cut at the old Lake Dallas dam. Go out into the main lake a little ways and bear left. You'll see the white house along the shoreline. Where that shoreline meets another arm of the lake is deadmans point.
