Mark, I'll try to be there for the tournament, if the lake gets back to normal. Whats the lastest word on the lake level and conditions. Hopfully they will not be running water at the dam Saturday.

I'm not an avid crappie fisherman and since my wife caught this she wants to enter this tournament. Do you guys think if we fished the area hard where we caught this that we would have a good chance at winning this tournament or no?

I am thinking 7 of those would be a handy ticket at the weigh-in.

3.2#'s on my digital scale...... Didn't give it a thought that it could be a lake record until I checked after it was released. Forks record white was 3.1#'s Scale could have been off + or - ?????. My wife caught it on a Rattle Trap.

Did you mount it or fillet it? Never caught a 3lb crappie myself. Tell her congrats.

We need more intrest! Why are yall scared of Fork? Lewisville this week-end was the ugliest water I think I have ever fished. Go east and see pretty water.

Kurt you should give it a shot, I know Terrance Steele is interested in looking for a partner. How did you do at the slip yesterday. I caught 4 keepers in about 45 minutes and then it quit, and the gang showed up and we quit fishing and went to BS'ing. Went out in the boat and caught some sandbass before the wind got crazy.
