Ralph Ray; great guy, amazing for reds but even better for trout. i was with him and we were throwing back anything under 18". You can probably get ahold of him through Texas Charter Fleets. if you have trouble pm me and ill give you his number.

i guess i should have asked whether you wanna go offshore or not, ralph does offshore but ive never gone on an offshore trip with him.
