I don't know about Stillhouse, but Belton is slow. Fished for about 3 and 1/2 hours this afternoon. 14 fish caught with only 6 keepers. Most were large females though. 12-14 inches.

Stillhouse has been okay, mainly in the River and the shallow coves. They've been getting quite a bit of pressure in the river and most of the trees I usually fish have not produced lately. Gonna hit the shallow timber area near the long bridge sometime this weekend. I'll report if I do okay

Been catching them off the floating docks in anywhere from about 10 to 25 feet. Mostly hanging out around our brushpiles. Using Jigum Jigs, but just about any tube jigs with chartreuse in them will work. Just don't forget the Berkely Crappie Nibbles. Just like American Express; I never leave home without them.

yeah, i'd recommend either the cedar gap park area, dana peak park area, and maybe if you are adventurous hiking the river around gravel crossing and dipping baits in the trees if you are bank-bound... you can get them these days, don't get intimidated.
