Just purchased an 11 foot coleman crawdad that I am very pleased with. It is so nice to be able to fish out ON THE WATER instead of from the bank all the time. My little crawdad may not be the biggest or fastest but sure gets the job done.

Are there any forums on TFF dedicated just to smaller boats like, bass busters and small jon boats?

Also, what should I name my boat:
- Bluegill Bomber
- Perch Snatcher
- Redneck Rocket
- Guppy Assasin

I do plan on going to the event at Cleburne State Park (Cedar Lake). I would like to attend the event this Saturday, just no time and too far.

Congrats on your new boat! I bet you're going to love it. How do you have it rigged up? Trolling motor, small outboard? Any other goodies you've added? Send some pics! I recently bought a 10' Basstender off of Craigslist. Haven't been able to take her out yet because of the crazy weather and U-Haul messing me around about a trailer hitch. Have a trip planned for Fork in a couple of weeks.

I'm on my second Coleman Crawdad. Bought the first one in '88 and my current one in '03. They're great little boats, roomy, and handle rough water well. I've had mine on Fork and many other east Texas lakes. Good luck and have fun.
