At the boat show the wife and I were looking at boats and right after a Ranger we liked the Legend best. Ranger #1 because we own one...but Legend came a close second. Would consider one if buying another boat.

i wouldnt ever own one. i have heard quite a few stories about them I dont like. My opinion is just that: opinion. I can say this, Legend builds a good boat. What we've seen (not heard) isn't anything to be alarmed about. One thing many anglers don't realize is there isn't a perfect boat out there. I see some of the same problems in all of them, regardless of brand. I don't run a Legend, not do I have any affiliation with them, so please consider my opinion very unbiased. I've sent Rangers, Skeeters, Champions, and virtually every other brand of boat back to the factory at some point. Certain boats I've sent back countless times. But Legend builds a very solid boat, their customer service is what I would consider above average for the industry. So buy with confidence. They are a good boat. And they've shown they are going to be around. that pretty much solves my hearsay. sounds like a good boat. and if you say they're good, then I trust you 110% !!!

Ronnie, I wasn't trying to pick on you either. I just don't want someone to be sceered of a boat based on rumors.

Excellent ride, esp. when it's rough, and plenty fast. They also listen to their customers.

SUPERB!! I've had mine for 28 days, have put 11 hours on it. Absolutely wonderful boat. Rides and fishes great. Last boat was a Champion 202 and before that an older Ranger 390V, they were both good boats also. I know I made the right choice with the new Legend. I think it'll be around for a long time. Customer service has been mentioned and I can verify that it is as good as it gets. I've been to the plant, met most of the folks, and we were treated like FAMILY. I recommend Legend Boats to anyone and especially those who claim to be serious fisherman.
