I took my three boys (8, 4, and 2) and wife to Ray Roberts on Friday afternoon. We got on the lake at about 2pm, and left about 6:30. Our third spot to check (main lake point) was the place to be. Sitting in 25+ water casting tailspinners into 10/15 feet of water and crawling it back. We boated close to 70 fish and brought home 57. My oldest even pulled in a 6 lb (estimated) largemouth during the mayhem. He was upset we had to return her to the lake, but we got pictures. All three boys were tired of catching fish after 2-3 hours of it, but they had a TON of fun. All fish were busting with eggs and shad, and they were some of the largest whites I've caught in a while.

Yes, we were on Cate's Point. We tried west of Wolf Island, then west of Johnson Park islands, then found them on Cate's.
