My friend and I caught 50 plus whites Friday after noon. We were using 1/8 white jig head with 1 1/2 long white plastic grub. We had our limit in 1 hour and 15 minutes. We fished for about another hour(catch and release). We were about a mile up the Nolan river leading into Lake Pat Cleburne. I have a pic but I do not know how to post. If anyone knows how let me know.

Where did you go (by airport?).

Was just at buddy stewart park, walked up the creek quite a ways, and caught about 10, along with 2 largemouth

Woodard bridge. Private property but you can get a flat bottom boat in there a long way.

No, you would have to put in at Buddy Steward Park and paddle up river. Unless you could get permission from the land owners. Good luck with that. They think they own the river.
