February 1st 1993 ( 3 days before my daughter was born) we fished the first big pool below the bridge and caught crappie after crappie using a fly rod. That was cool even though most of the fish were undersize it was still fun.. I never have done well on whitebass at Tejas but it weren't for lack of trying wink Seeing your pictures brings back good memories!

Nice catch....

Good judgment comes from experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

Went back out on Sunday with my g/f. She really only started fishing last summer and has never caught anything other than b/g or the occasional small lmb. Finally she hooked up on stuff we can eat!

And she learned how to fillet!

Awesome man! Its really awesome that she knows how to fillet now and you can get her to start them and sneek off and just happen to come back after she gets all of them done! haha Glad to see someone else gettin into the fishing scene!

Congrats on your catch and partner!

I would rather have a bad day fishing, than a good day at the office!
