Those fry up very good, especially the way his dad makes them. He fries up the better than anyone I know, the crazy thing he doesn't even use a thermometer to know when the oil is ready.

I was just saying that some people place the bass on a holy grail. It is a great sport fish. Even though its not the best eating fish, some people do like to eat bass, or just fish period. I honestly don't keep them, but don't knock the next guy that does. As long as it is a legal fish, do your thing.
