Thinking about taking the wife out for a few hours & have not been to the lake in a year or so. Thanks for any info.

Went out weekend before last. Sunday morning. Put in at Wise County Park but it was windy and getting worse. Moved up & down the river and through the channel to the main lake. Caught about 12 sandies on bombers and rattletraps. Kept about 8 of em. Then it really got windy so we left.........Water temp was about 56. I think it's not quite warm enough but it could start any time now......
