Has anyone fished there or does anyone live there? I'm looking for some first hand information on the lake other than it's website.I'm intrested in buying some property. Even though the pictures on the website look great they don't always tell the whole story.

Yes, If you are talking about eaglelanding.org.We have a place on the lake and a tree farm up the street.I'm heading that way today.Lots of small bass,not many large ones.I have caught a 10# lmb 2 years ago, and a 5.7# last weekend, but they are few and far between.Pm me if you would like to know more.The steak house in Avinger is awesome.(5d cattle co.)We have had land there for 30 years.There is also an air strip in the development.
