Woohoo!!!! We need universal healthcare!!!! Ask Canada, where people have to wait 6 months to see a specialist or go to see a doctor on the black market. Universal Healthcare = Poor quality healthcare. Who cares how cheap it is if it kills the advancement of medicine. Ask Magic Johnson if R&D of medicine is important.
