Ok guys,
I need some tips and I need them fast. I am going on a campout with my son's Cubscout pack this weekend and I have been volunteered to teach them all how to fish. I fish almost exclusively saltwater.
We are going to Birch Creek State Park. I understand that the white bass fishing should be pretty this time of year on the lake. Does anyone have any pointers on the best way to catch white bass with a bunch of kids and short attention spans?

Good luck, you may want to stick to panfish & catfish .. bobber & worm type fishing. Sandbass can be red-hot when you find them and the bite is on, but during those lulls of finding them, you might have some very bored kids to cope with.
