I am a member of a fishing club near Dallas that has a ton of Rough Fish. Our biologist suggest that we get them out. If there is interest I can approach the board about allowing someone to come clean them out. This is more netting than rod and reel. Any interest?

Where is this at? If you need help I might be able to do that and get a couple of other volunteers! My uncle has a pond on his property that I would love to put some carp in and maybe a few other places....

Hmm...depending on where it is, and what the water quality is like...

Mark, wasn't that Lake Kiowa? I remember that happening (or it was supposed to, anyway) just as I was getting into carping. Seems like forever ago...

This lake is private and it is less than 30 min from Dallas. It's off the Trinity River and the carp/gar/ buffalo are big and plentiful. This will need to be a netting opperation as we want the trash fish gone. I will ask the board what they think. The president of the fishing committee is on spring break so I wont know anything until next week end.

How big is the lake? Netting might be ineffective if the lake is too large.
