I'm just curious as to what size fish you guys and gals have been catching this spawning season. I also wanted to give everyone a reson to do some bragging!!! Unfortunatly this year my biggest is only 6Lb. 4ounces. One of the guys i work with caught a 8.5 pounder on conroe a few weeks ago. How big is your ***... I mean Bass????

Well lucky for me, my biggest so far this year was a 6lber from Palestine yesterday. And even luckier for my partner and I, his biggest bass ever was yesterday on Palestine, a 10.39. Coach

I caught a 9 pounder 2 weeks ago.I am going back to the private lake this Weds. and hopefully will hook up with the bass that kicked my butt there.

Caught a 7 yesterday on Ray Roberts and in the last 5 trips out there I've caught atleast one 5.5 to 6. Spotted a pair that were close to 8 or 9 but the rain put their beds in water too deep to sightfish. Not too bad considering its been cloudy and windy every chance I get to go out.

5lbs. AH is just warm enough this weekend to bring them shallow .I got 2 nice males off the beds.I have yet to see a female on a bed yet. 45 mile an hour gusts today. We are having a late spawn comparied to last year. So now we have heavy winds and hard fronts every 3 days.

7 (+) on Monticello in January. Does a drum count? 20.05 lbs, last weekend on E/M! At least I was fishing for bass with a Jig-n-chunk!

I caught a 4 1/2 and a 6 yesterday. Lost one that looked to be 7 - 8 pounds. I will catch her later today when I get off work. Still chasing that elusive 10 pounder.
The hardest thing about fishing is figuring out what the fish want to eat.
