Anyone fish lake Waxahachie from the bank? I have a friend that is 88 yers old and can't fish out of a boat very well. I would like to take him to catch a few cats. He lives in Waxahachie and would be a short trip for him. Apprecite and help.

Willard,
This is my home lake if you will and I love the place for small keeper cats. I have not been out in a couple of months but can promise you in warmer weather from the bank you can throw out some range cubes at any of the ramps and catch plenty using DK Blood under a bobber. I am hoping to get back out in the next couple of weeks.
