I've talked to several people and get different answers to the following questions.
What are the size and bag limits for striper below the dam? The shore is Texas, but I've heard that if I put my toe in the river, I'm fishing in Oklahoma. Is that true? If so, and Oklahoma has a higher bag limit than Texas, can I fish with my feet in the river and catch the Oklahoma bag limit? Then what happens when I'm walking back to my car on the Texas side. Ok, someone is going to say "just park in Oklahoma (yes, I have my Oklahoma license). Is there a problem bring those fish back to Texas?
Comments from you experts on these questions? Thanks guys

The limit is 5 with no size restrictions but please release the big fish if you catch one.You can fish from the bank on the Texas side with a TX license down to shawnee creek but anywhere else in the river requires a Oklahoma license which I personally think is a crock that we have to give all the license money generated by the river to the state of Oklahoma, it should be patroled by both and the license revenue should be split somehow. Also there is no culling for striper.
